Shruti Sheth was honoured with the “Nari Tu Narayani” Award for Her Remarkable Journey as an Entrepreneur
Shruti, co-founder of iVIPANAN Digital Marketing Services, was awarded the “Nari Tu Narayani” award for her outstanding contributions as an entrepreneur.
With this, her entrepreneurial journey was featured in the book “Her Voice, Her Choice.”
The book, which features 20-plus journeys of women entrepreneurs, was published by Page 3 Magazine.
The award and the publication of her journey celebrate her ability to lead with purpose while balancing multiple roles with grace.
Editors for the Page 3 Magazine, Nikhil Madrasi and Manthan Madrasi, have observed her journey closely all these years. It was an easy decision for them to include Shruti’s journey in this book, keeping her at the top of the list of women entrepreneurs.
Shruti’s journey as a mother, mentor, strategist, and silent powerhouse behind IVIPANAN’s decade-long growth has been inspirational to many aspiring young girls.
She actively oversees client operations, mentoring, and consulting, making significant contributions to the agency’s people-centred culture.
During the book launch event and award ceremony, Shruti said, “As women in business, we face constant challenges, whether from our teams, clients, or life transitions like marriage. However, these moments should never define our journey. Even if you need to pause, remember to start again and keep moving forward, not just for financial gain, but for your self-worth and personal satisfaction.“
In her journey in the book, she shares three foundational principles that have shaped her path: patience even in challenging times, honesty towards her work no matter the circumstances, and relentless hard work that leads to success.
She also emphasised the importance of time management, self-care, and adaptability, particularly for mothers balancing careers.
Shruti believes that a meaningful life is built on four strong pillars: religion, society, employees, and industry, which serve as guiding lights for everyone.
Her story inspires other women to work tirelessly and stay true to their purpose. Her leadership continues to influence iVIPANAN with empathy, consistency, and clarity.
